What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Design and develop self-service dashboards using Power BI to generate insights
2. Analyze large and complex data sets to solve business challenges
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose KPIs

5. Apply knowledge of data sources such as IQVIA Xponent, Claims, and Specialty Pharmacy data

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5-8 years of overall experience with expertise in Power BI reporting
2. Experience in pharma commercial reporting and familiarity with relevant data sources
3. Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data
4. Strong experience in Power BI development
5. Knowledge of Data Warehouse ETL processes using SSIS packages is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Consulting experience is highly preferred
2. Familiarity with commercial targeting and alignment processes
3. Experience with dimensional modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts
