- 3+ years of experience in data annotation or a similar operational role within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong background in AI Safety areas such as LLM safety principles or content moderation.
- Proven record of managing complex data labeling projects from start to finish.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with the Safety Modeling team to understand data requirements.
- Translate complex safety concepts into actionable data annotation instructions.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of data annotation projects.
- Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks.
- Oversee relationships with external annotation vendors.
