Spring Financial Inc. is looking for an IT Business Analyst (NOC 21221) to join our team.

What we offer:

Full-time position as an IT Business Analyst (40 hours per week);

Salary: $90,000 annually (approximately $43.27 per hour)

Job responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and UI/UX designers to gather business and UI requirements, define scope, and estimate resources.
2. Analyze information system processes, recommend solutions to improve efficiency, and develop, integrate, test, and implement business system solutions.
3. Develop and implement business solutions for information systems, providing recommendations on strategy, policies, management, security, and service delivery for information systems.
4. Translate complex business needs into functional, technical, and UI requirements, analyze system processes and facilitate requirements reviews with stakeholders.
5. Act as a bridge between business units, technical teams, and support teams, including coordination with third-party developers for software development, testing, and deployment.
6. Develop and execute test plans, create user documentation, and provide end-user support and training on business applications.

Requirements for the position:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
4. Hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
5. Language: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
