A family-owned resort in Ontario is seeking a Maintenance team member with experience in hotel maintenance. Responsibilities include performing light repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate should be a dedicated team player, fluent in English, and flexible with work hours, including weekends. Skills
Skipjack Resort & Marina is a family owned Resort looking to add a new team member to our Maintenance Department. Pay is depending on experience ($16-$21 an hour). Discounted housing may be available for the right candidate.
- Performs a variety of skilled and specialized Tasks.
- Light Plumbing Repairs
- Light Electrical Repairs
- Painting, Carpentry
- Cement & Drywall Work
- Tile Work
- Light AC repairs
- Door & Lock Repairs
- Power washing and General Cleaning
- Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Submits all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.
- 1-3 year experience in Hotel Maintenance
- Must be Responsible, Dedicated, Good Communicator and a Team Player
- Must have ability to lift 50+ pounds
- English speaking
- Flexible with work hours including weekends and late nights
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance.
