Skipjack Resort & Marina is a family owned Resort looking to add a new team member to our Maintenance Department. Pay is depending on experience ($16-$21 an hour). Discounted housing may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of skilled and specialized Tasks.
• Light Plumbing Repairs
• Light Electrical Repairs
• Painting, Carpentry
• Cement & Drywall Work
• Tile Work
• Light AC repairs
• Door & Lock Repairs
• Power washing and General Cleaning
• Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Submits all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year experience in Hotel Maintenance
• Must be Responsible, Dedicated, Good Communicator and a Team Player
• Must have ability to lift 50+ pounds
• English speaking
• Flexible with work hours including weekends and late nights
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance.
