Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician 4 role in Burlington, WA. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
• Install, align, and commission new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment histories.
• Collaborate with production teams to address operational challenges and support safety and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance technicians, sharing technical expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, pumps, conveyors, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
