Descripción de la vacante
A healthcare organization in Nova Scotia is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing medication, coordinating pharmacy functions, and training new staff. Candidates should have a Pharmacy Technician Course Certificate or an equivalent Diploma. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply. A busy work environment is expected.
Formación
- Possess a Pharmacy Technician Course Certificate issued by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or an equivalent Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic in Pharmaceutical Science.
- Fresh Diploma candidates from Pharmaceutical Science are welcome to apply.
- Relevant working experience in Healthcare would be an added advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and distribute drugs to patients and treatment rooms under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
- Co-ordinate Pharmacy functions and services daily.
- Assist in the training of new pharmacy staff and guide Pharmacy Assistants.
