Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of mechanical supervisory experience, preferably in diesel engines and school bus maintenance.
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence; Class 2 with S endorsement preferred.
Proficiency with computers and maintenance software.
Responsabilités
Plan, schedule, and oversee all fleet maintenance activities.
Supervise and support shop staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
