A leading transportation management company is seeking an experienced Shop Manager in Airdrie, AB. This role involves overseeing fleet maintenance, managing shop staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical maintenance, strong leadership skills, and a valid Alberta driver's licence. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical supervisory experience, preferably in diesel engines and school bus maintenance.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence; Class 2 with S endorsement preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and maintenance software.
Responsabilités
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all fleet maintenance activities.
- Supervise and support shop staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS regulations and company policies.
