The Kinross Corporate Head Office is located in downtown Toronto and supports Kinross’ operations and projects worldwide. Corporate functions include Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, Human Resources, IT, Investor Relations, Exploration, Geology and Mine Planning, among others.

The Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing business‑enhancing transactions — including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments involving mining assets and related infrastructure.
This role manages cross‑functional workflows, evaluates potential transactions, and provides recommendations that shape Kinross’ corporate strategy. The position may be hired at either the Senior Manager or Director level, depending on the candidate’s experience, scope of capabilities, and leadership background.

The base salary range for the:
Senior Manager, Corporate Development is $160,000 to $190,000 CAD + Short Term Incentive Bonus + Long Term Incentive Bonus + Group Benefit coverage
Director, Corporate Development is $200,000 + CAD + Short Term Incentive Bonus + Long Term Incentive Bonus + Group Benefit coverage
The hiring range reflects our targeted compensation framework for the role. The actual offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s experience, capabilities, and potential impact, along with consideration of internal equity, team structure, and benchmark market data for similar positions.
