Location: Jasper, AB. Full‑time, Year‑Round.

The Role

We’re looking for a General Manager who leads like they ski with Vision, Flow, and respect for the terrain. You’ll guide all departments from housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen to front desk – with a steady hand and a clear mission. Supported by our Director of operations, you’ll:

  • Craft unforgettable guest experiences that reflect the spirit of the Rockies
  • Build consistency and excellence across all operations
  • Set and achieve financial and performance goals with clarity and purpose
  • Coach and develop leaders who thrive in high‑altitude teamwork
