The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring their team to deliver on Noble’s service commitment. This includes, but is not limited to, the overall branch operations including customer satisfaction and teammate engagement, financial performance, inventory management, operational adherence to policy, growth in wallet and market share, and general maintenance and appearance of the branch. In addition, the Branch Manager must be committed to upholding our Code of Ethics and Conduct with every interaction.
