- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, and workflow efficiency
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage labour costs to support profitability targets
- Establish staff work schedules, assign duties, and supervise employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
- Monitor staff performance and enforce workplace policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate purchasing to control costs and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with provincial health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
- Address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain the business reputation
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 3-5 years of food service experience including supervisory experience is required
