Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $36.60-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, and workflow efficiency
  • Develop and monitor operating budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage labour costs to support profitability targets
  • Establish staff work schedules, assign duties, and supervise employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
  • Monitor staff performance and enforce workplace policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate purchasing to control costs and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with provincial health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
  • Address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain the business reputation
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales
Job requirements:
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of food service experience including supervisory experience is required
