A governmental organization is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure profitability through effective budget management. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include analyzing budgets, modifying food preparation methods, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This position requires on-site work, as remote options are not available.

- Ability to manage staff and daily operations.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Supervise staff
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
