Employer Industry: Emergency and Crisis Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of FEMA Qualification System (FQS) training courses, including course materials, instructional plans, and assessment tools
• Collaborate independently with clients to foster productive relationships and identify opportunities for added value
• Apply instructional systems design expertise to create industry-leading training solutions with emergency response experts
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by taking ownership of tasks and ensuring timely feedback
• Maintain adherence to contractual requirements while managing timelines and budgets effectively

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional systems design
• Experience in government consulting or professional service delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce client-ready deliverables
• Excellent communication, writing, and complex group facilitation skills

• Experience working with FEMA and/or the FEMA Qualification System
• Proficiency with industry-leading eLearning software
• Master\'s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
