Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of reference data processes, ensuring alignment with data lake and analytics strategies
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reference data for hospitals and transportation providers to support customer experience personalization
  • Conduct ongoing research to maintain an updated database of U.S. air ambulance bases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize reference data across critical systems
  • Develop reports and visualizations for data analysis and market insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in data management roles, including database administration and data governance
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with strong data quality analysis skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo)
  • Proven background in healthcare or medical transport environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in research, data collection, maintenance, and spatial analysis (GIS preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and governance tools (e.g., Purview, Unity Catalog, Collibra)
