Job summary

A leading nonprofit organization in Calgary is seeking to hire a professional to support individuals with disabilities through workforce development initiatives. You will facilitate client intake, conduct interviews, and develop service plans while collaborating with community partners. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant post-secondary diploma and possess strong communication skills. This role offers a full-time 4-year contract with competitive annual compensation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
  • Valid First Aid certificate required.
  • Own vehicle and valid Class 5 driver's license needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete client intake and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct Person Centered Plan (PCP) interviews.
  • Monitor and develop Individual Service Plan (ISP) documents.
  • Plan and implement annual planning meetings.
