Key Responsibilities
  • As a Remote Project Manager, oversee the successful execution of work orders and projects from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinating with on-site technicians and subcontractors to complete work orders
  • Planning project timelines and budgets
  • Allocating resources effectively
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion
  • Documenting project details and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with clients and team members to provide updates and resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines, and adhere to budgets and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction details and relevant regulations/quality standards
  • Ability to identify and address issues by leveraging experience, on-site resources, and other tools
  • Experience managing self-performing labor teams ideally as a project manager, preferably in facilities or construction
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and delegation abilities
