• Lead customer audits and advise on upkeep and improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute product strategy to grow sales and market share
• Track regional market share and support sales and service needs at customer sites
• Present tailored solutions to support the North American sales team
• Collaborate with R&D and the global product manager on product line needs

• Minimum of three years of experience in paper machine operations
• Mechanical experience related to paper manufacturing or field mechanical service
• Strong background in sales applications and customer relation management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks
• Effective communication skills and knowledge of the North American papermaking market

• Experience in developing solutions for industrial customers
• Familiarity with paper machine applications
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Established relationships with regional sales/service teams and customers
