Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and outreach strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, or event management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with peers, customers, and management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with children’s literature and experience with Book Fairs or school activities
  • Proven leadership ability and qualities demonstrated in past roles
  • Proficiency in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
