ABCO Maintenance seeks a remote Project Lead to oversee maintenance and construction projects across commercial properties in the Tri-State area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of work orders and projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with on-site technicians and subcontractors to complete work orders.
• Plan project timelines and budgets; allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion; document project details and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines, and adhere to budgets and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction details and relevant regulations/quality standards.
• Ability to identify and address issues by leveraging experience, on-site resources, and other tools.
• Experience managing self-performing labor teams, ideally as a project manager in facilities or construction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong problem-solving, multitasking, and delegation abilities.
