What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prospect and establish relationships with schools and districts to expand the Book Fair business
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of potential partners and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and enhance overall effectiveness
- Support customer satisfaction by executing sales and servicing methods effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, event management, personal selling, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with peers, superiors, and customers
