Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be utilised as you write and deliver bespoke training workshops.
You’ll build meaningful relationships through 121 coaching – aligning with each consultant to help them to achieve their goals.
You’ll manage stakeholders across the entire business – providing vital insight into consultant performance and making suggestions to improve results.
You’ll also play a significant role in the roll out of all Learning and Development initiatives and projects.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others whilst simultaneously developing your training & coaching skills, working closely with the L&D Director. The role affords the opportunity for international travel and career progression.
