Job summary
A customer service company is seeking a Universal Call Center Rep to handle customer inquiries and assist in service scheduling. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience and exceptional communication skills. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while maintaining a minimum of 20 hours per week. Compensation starts at $21.50 CAD per hour, with additional fees for marketplace and service licensing.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding the Junkluggers service.
- Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and text.
