A leading healthcare consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the HPV Primary Screening Implementation in Saskatchewan. The role involves managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring project readiness, and overseeing integration across clinical, laboratory, IT, and community sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare project management and strong leadership skills. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with intercity travel between Saskatoon and Regina.
Work Location: Saskatchewan (Saskatoon & Regina); Intercity travel may be required.
Hybrid/Onsite as needed for stakeholder engagement.
Project delivery through 2026-2027.
The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), through its Population Health Department, is transitioning its CervixCheck Program to HPV Primary Screening and Self-Sampling, aiming to modernize cervical cancer screening across the province.
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead this province-wide, multi-stakeholder healthcare transformation initiative. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination across clinical, laboratory, IT, and community engagement streams to drive readiness and timely implementation through 2026-2027.
Education: Bachelor's in Health Admin, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP preferred; PRINCE2 or Prosci an asset.
Experience: 7-10 years leading multi-stakeholder projects; 3-5 years in healthcare project environments.
Skills: Leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk & scope management, executive-level reporting, systems thinking, and integration.
