Work Location: Saskatchewan (Saskatoon & Regina); Intercity travel may be required.

Project delivery through 2026-2027.

The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), through its Population Health Department, is transitioning its CervixCheck Program to HPV Primary Screening and Self-Sampling, aiming to modernize cervical cancer screening across the province.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead this province-wide, multi-stakeholder healthcare transformation initiative. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination across clinical, laboratory, IT, and community engagement streams to drive readiness and timely implementation through 2026-2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integration of project activities across SCA, SHA (Saskatchewan Health Authority), eHealth, and Ministry of Health.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap and risk register.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
  • Maintain and present regular performance metrics and executive status reports.
  • Support organizational readiness through structured change management.
  • Develop charters, plans, and documentation where necessary.
  • Ensure consistent intercity engagement between Saskatoon and Regina teams.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Health Admin, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP preferred; PRINCE2 or Prosci an asset.
