The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare project management and strong leadership skills. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with intercity travel between Saskatoon and Regina.
Work Location: Saskatchewan (Saskatoon & Regina); Intercity travel may be required.

The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), through its Population Health Department, is transitioning its CervixCheck Program to HPV Primary Screening and Self-Sampling, aiming to modernize cervical cancer screening across the province.
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead this province-wide, multi-stakeholder healthcare transformation initiative. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination across clinical, laboratory, IT, and community engagement streams to drive readiness and timely implementation through 2026-2027.
Education: Bachelor's in Health Admin, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP preferred; PRINCE2 or Prosci an asset.
Experience: 7-10 years leading multi-stakeholder projects; 3-5 years in healthcare project environments.
