• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issuesTrack, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Must be fluent in English, German, and French
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Candidate from the Oshawa, ON area is preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
