Job summary
A telecommunications company is seeking a Retention Specialist for a remote position. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and maximizing retention opportunities by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a background in customer service, to effectively save accounts from disconnection. A high school diploma is required, with preference for post-secondary education.
