Responsibilities:

1. Create cashflows and estimate final costs for large capital projects.
2. Participate in contract phases including development of terms, negotiations, and warranty administration.
3. Report on project progress and contract status.
4. Prepare, monitor, and maintain schedules for acquisition projects.
5. Support project control aspects for capital and operating budgets.
6. Monitor cost analysis, controls, and reconciliation for assigned projects.
7. Review contractual reliabilities and maintain project control databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
8. Develop reports and documentation for project approvals and contracts.
9. Complete tasks assigned by management efficiently and timely.

Working Conditions:

• Required in-office presence 2-3 days a week.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Experience with operating and capital program budgets and approvals.
2. Knowledge of contract administration principles and project management.
3. Understanding of business administration, accounting, scheduling, and cost control principles.
4. Experience with MRP systems like MAXIMO and SAP is an asset.
5. Proficiency with relational databases and spreadsheets for operational and financial data correlation.
6. Effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
7. Ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
8. Conflict resolution skills and positive stakeholder engagement.
9. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Negotiation skills for favorable contract terms.
11. Ability to prioritize and manage risks to meet deadlines.
12. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
13. Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment, both written and verbal communication.
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
