Key Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable experience for guests by accommodating and anticipating their needs, going the extra mile
• Assist in creating guest orders, answer menu inquiries, serve food, and support team members
• Handle guest concerns graciously with management support to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead conversations in any setting
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat demeanor to connect with guests
• Team-oriented attitude
• Energetic and positive approach
• Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drinks
• Experience in a serving role at a full-service restaurant is an asset
