Responsibilities of a Store Manager may include:

• Serving as the Manager on Duty.
• Consistently achieving positive sales performance.
• Training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Exemplifying the Clarks brand.
• Following policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Creating a visually appealing environment.
• Fostering a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
