Operations Management Associate Job Description

This position is a training role designed to prepare individuals for leadership positions as plant Operations Supervisors within Cargill’s fast-paced production facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team dedicated to feeding the world.
• Gain valuable experience in various aspects of plant operations, including:

• Gain exposure to diverse business areas within Cargill’s Protein Facilities.
• Work in a demanding environment with varying shift hours and occasional weekend or on-call duties.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Post-secondary education: Pursuing a degree from an accredited program, graduating between May 2022 and May 2025.
• Canadian Forces experience: Achieving at least the rank of Master Corporal or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience: Four years of experience in operational, mechanical, and/or leadership roles.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts (including weekends and on-call duties).
