Job description

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Director of Seafood Logistics to be based at our Moncton Refrigerated DC in Moncton, NB. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving an annual Coastline sales plan for LTL, TL, courier, and logistics.

Qualifications
  • Education Required: University degree in a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of work-related experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines with very high attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
  • Work daily to grow our volume and revenue in all four divisions: LTL, TL, courier, and brokerage
  • Complete all rate agreement increases on time, at the required level as set by the executive group
  • Collaborate with audit on adjustments, operations for on-time service, and customer calls
