An established industry player is seeking a VP of Production and Operations to lead their manufacturing functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborating closely with the Executive Team, the VP of Production and Operations will play a critical leadership role within the company. The primary responsibilities include managing overall production functions, materials management, warehousing, and maintenance.
The VP will ensure GMP manufacturing and safety standards are maintained, working extensively with the production floor, tech transfer, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and program management teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a world-class manufacturing organization.
The VP primarily interacts with internal stakeholders including: production teams, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Mechanical and Engineering Services, Materials Management, and Human Resources.
Establishes and communicates clear priorities and direction; clarifies roles and responsibilities; adapts management style to achieve optimal results.
