Job summary
A fast-food franchise is seeking a Manager in Sudbury, Ontario, to oversee resource allocation and implement organizational policies. The role involves coordinating major departments, establishing objectives, and supervising a team of 11-15 staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a relevant college certificate. The position offers a salary of $51.28 per hour for full-time hours, with on-site work only.

Responsibilities
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies.
- Authorize establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.

- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
- Select middle managers and executives and create optimum working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative controls.
Skills
Education
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Supervision: 11-15 people.
