An educational institution in Peel Region, Mississauga is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to facilitate the placement of graduates. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include providing career counseling, engaging with employers, and supporting students in practicum placements. This full-time role operates from the Malton Campus with possible travel and flexible hours.

The Career Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful placement of CIMT College graduates into relevant employment and practicum/internship positions. The primary KPIs for this role include achieving high employment rates within the field of study within six months of course completion and placing students into practicum/internship positions within one or two days of their course completion date or theory end date.
