*Job Overview*We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment for staff. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business success while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.*Duties** Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and team management.* Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth service and adherence to operational standards.* Implement effective strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.* Develop and execute training programs for staff on food preparation, service standards, and POS systems.* Supervise staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to foster professional growth.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.*Requirements** Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.* Proficiency in using POS systems for order management and sales tracking.* Experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory.* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.Join our team as a General Manager where you can make an impact on our restaurant's success while leading a passionate team dedicated to providing outstanding dining experiences.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearLanguage:* English (preferred)Work Location: In person
