Food Service Supervisor

Location: 182 Elora St, Harriston, ON N0G 1Z0. Work location: On site. Salary: $17.60 to $19.40 per hour (negotiable). Hours: 30 to 44 per week. Permanent employment, full time.

Overview

Food service supervisor responsible for establishing work schedules, supervising staff preparing and portioning food, training staff in sanitation and safety, estimating ingredients, ensuring quality control, addressing customer complaints, maintaining stock records, and preparing reports. Supervision of 1 to 10 people.

Responsibilities
