A popular Italian culinary marketplace in Toronto is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team. This role involves supervising the preparation of authentic Italian dishes and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of back of house experience and strong knife skills. The Sous Chef supervises and coordinates the production of high-quality, authentic Italian dishes in one of Eataly’s exciting, high-volume, open kitchen restaurants.
Reports to the Chef de Cuisine and manages the kitchen staff.
