Job summary
A staffing company is looking for an experienced Infor SyteLine / CSI Finance Consultant to lead financial improvements in Custom Manufacturing. The role requires strong expertise in in Infor CSI Finance modules, financial process optimization, and effective communication skills in a remote setting. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, deep knowledge of financial processes, and proficiency in SQL queries and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Finance Consultant.
- Proven experience in financial process optimization and ERP finance workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

- Partner with stakeholders to analyze financial processes.
- Configure, test, and implement Infor CSI Finance modules.

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine / CSI Finance Consultant with a strong background in Custom Manufacturing Job Costing and Financial Management. This role will support our client s finance and operations teams by providing deep functional expertise in Infor CSI and ensuring best practices are implemented across finance-related modules.
- Act as the functional lead for Infor CSI Finance with a focus on Custom Manufacturing and Job Costing.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes and recommend system improvements.
- Configure, test and implement Infor CSI Finance modules to meet business needs.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes within CSI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve finance-related system issues ensuring timely support for end users.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to support financial visibility and decision-making.
- Provide user training documentation and knowledge transfer for finance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure financial data integrity.
- 5 years of experience as an Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Finance Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Custom Manufacturing and Job Costing processes.
- Deep knowledge of Infor CSI Finance modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Cost Accounting
- Proven experience in financial process optimization and best practices in ERP finance workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical / functional solutions.
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with SQL queries and reporting tools (SSRS, BI tools or Infor reporting tools).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with Infor ION Mongoose framework or Integrations.
- Knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition or advanced costing methods.
- Prior experience in a consulting or contract role with manufacturing / distribution clients.
