In the role of Brand Experience Coordinator working in Calgary will be part of the Marketing team. This position will play a key role within the department coordinating, planning, and co-managing various events led by the BXP department. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as there will be interaction with a variety of people ranging from customers, consumers, internal and external stakeholders, agency representatives to company management. This role will involve a ‘can-do’ attitude, creative thinking, ability to work independently and the absolute delivery of results.

This position reports to the Brand Experience Manager and works closely with the Partnership side of the Team, Sales Team and Brand & Marketing Team.

What You’ll Be Brewing
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison between BXP and various departments within Molson Coors (Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, and Key Accounts)
  • Maintain & manage documents pertaining to department procedures
  • Ensure departmental compliance with corporate financial policies across all fronts (T&E, P-card policies)
  • On a timely basis, submit expenses and invoices for payment via Molson Coors approved systems
Program Management and Coordination
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal team to develop executional details and deliverables by event program
  • Develop & refine concepts and set critical paths
  • Fulfill all legal requirements including program specific rules and regulations, waiver forms and crisis management plans for applicable events
  • Coordinate and manage communication of event programming to key client groups and consumers
  • On-site set up and strike, liaise with other Molson departments, external suppliers and contractors as required
  • Refine, manage and forecast event budgets on a Monthly basis as well as perform accruals, journals and pre-paids as needed
  • Prepare status reports outlining program development and budget implications
  • Document and prepare comprehensive post event analysis identifying key deliverables of the program or event
  • When requested, assist in the coordination and execution of additional BXP activities within the province of scope (may include activations within the On Premise, KDE or National Channels)
  • Help coordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with key Molson Coors partners
Key Ingredients
  • University degree, college diploma, and/or possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: event coordination, sales, promotional marketing, public relations/communications, or hospitality
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities. This involves working independently with limited supervision
  • You can travel within Canada and potentially North America for event executions
  • Comfortable operating larger vehicles, like cargo and sprinter vans.
  • Physically capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • You can work independently with limited supervision
  • You are a multi-tasker who can juggle planning multiple events at one time
  • You have experience in administrative support functions in a fast-paced environment
  • You are experienced and diligent in all Microsoft Office functions and Social Media outlets

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $55,900.00 - $73,400.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
