Job summary
A local service provider in Timmins is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the storefront, answer and direct phone calls, and assist with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The ideal candidate has at least three years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Manage storefront
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Register all units (furnace, A/C, hot water tank, etc.)
- Light cleaning
- Minimum three years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to speak French is considered an asset
- 2-year program for Office Administration is considered an asset
- Experience with the Sage 50 Accounting program is considered an asset
