A leading event management company in Toronto is seeking a Suite Kitchen Lead to manage suite kitchen operations, ensuring quality service and coordination during events. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining standards of service. This position requires Smart Serve certification and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Competenze
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food service required.
- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Mansioni
- Oversee daily operations of suite kitchens and coordinate staff.
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets Legends’ standards.
- Monitor inventory and maintain kitchen organization.
