Rochester Midland Corporation, a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty chemicals for boiler, cooling and wastewater treatment, is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a $30 million dollar business for its Water Energy Division in the Eastern Ontario, Montréal, and Nova Scotia regions. This role will solicit sales and support Commercial and Institutional Division programs and products in Water Energy to current and future customers. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels.
The Regional Sales Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls the area sales and service operations of the Company. This includes revenue growth, sales budgets and forecasts, territory development, sales and customer training, and other customer relations as needed.
