Qualifications

• Strong experience in managing production workflows.
• Ability to evaluate proofs and identify issues swiftly.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production lifecycle for marketing assets.
• Manage production workflows and scheduling.
• own vendor coordination, sourcing, quoting, and logistics.
• Ensure brand standards across all in-resort assets.

Skills

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Production or a related field

3–5 years’ experience in production management, marketing coordination, or creative services

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong decision-making skills

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

High attention to detail

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Passion for outdoor recreation

Valid driver’s license
