We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Director to work as part of our dynamic and thriving sales team.

The Role

As a Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Growing sales within new and existing accounts while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identifying and converting new leads and sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Forecasting and tracking key sales metrics (e.g., monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Overseeing sales team – providing escalation, support and accountability for the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to identify and grow opportunities including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Account planning to align customer initiatives with sales forecasts.
  • Working with our delivery team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Developing sales strategies for the sales team in alignment with Elantis' RevOps model.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Collaborating with marketing and partners for lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Actively supporting Elantis culture.

In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience consistently meeting sales targets in a B2B sales role and sale cycles.
  • An active network of contacts to open sales conversations.
  • Experience leading sales teams and developing sales strategies.
  • Three to five years of experience with solution selling an IT consulting company.
  • Experience acquiring new clients and developing client relationships with excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C‑level contacts.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build connections with contacts quickly.
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Dynamics 365, to track and forecast future sales.
  • Experience working in the information technology industry (knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Fabric).
