A community mental health organization in Toronto is seeking a full-time Admissions and Case Coordinator to support the intake and recovery of children, youth, and young adults. Responsibilities include managing admissions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with health standards. The role requires a college diploma and at least two years of relevant experience. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description – Admissions & Case Coordinator - Full-Time Contract (18 Months)
Location : Inpatient Unit (227 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario)
Status : Full-Time Contract (18 Months)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Union / Non : This is a unionized position
Rate of pay : $33.20 per hour
The Admissions and Case Coordinator position will ensure that Youthdale values are reflected in the ongoing triage of services to identified need, transition, and continued recovery of the children, youth, and young adults. This role will assist the Youthdale in intake, intake data collection and input, admissions, case management, and admission requirements for all Youthdale programs.

The position reports directly to : Interim Director, Clinical Programs.
