Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1+ years of logistics scheduling planning and customer service required.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS365, PowerBI, and SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and publish pickup/delivery appointments; sequence outbound loads by customer promise date and corrugator/converting output.
  • Confirm trucks, secure rates as needed, dispatch, and track status.
  • Create pick lists, post goods issue, and ensure speed/accuracy of data entry.
  • Prepare/review bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and invoices.
  • Coordinate pulls/staging, cycle counts for shipping lanes and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide ETAs, PODs, and status updates.
