Job summary
A government agency in Canada seeks a qualified individual for coordinating subcontractors and overseeing construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a related diploma and experience managing project budgets and schedules. The role must be performed onsite in Tottenham, Ontario, with no remote work option available.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Prepare reports
Education
Languages: English
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
