Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, for one of our key clients. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large and high risk / complex projects, working with business unit and technology leaders, cross functional teams, project team members and external parties to ensure projects are well-defined, planned and delivered. The Senior Project Manager is accountable to the Project Sponsor for the delivery of business outcomes and value as set out in the project charter that outlines the agreed upon approach, project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and required resources. This role applies their advanced knowledge and experience in managing multiple large and complex projects and teams. This role leads the project work to implement solutions to complex problems through leading or supporting the collaboration with senior level stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager develops, contributes towards and adopts standards, tools, processes and best practices. The Senior Project Manager also provides coaching and mentorship on Project Management and project delivery methodologies and practices to less experienced Project Managers.
